One of the tastiest salads ever!

Salad Ingredients:

1 pkg (about 2 cups cooked) linguine noodles, cooked, rinsed, drained, cooled

1/2 head sliced Napa Cabbage

1/2 head sliced purple or green Cabbage

1/2 bag Spinach, cut with kitchen shears to bite size

1 bag Bean Sprouts

1 bunch Cilantro, chopped fine

1 med. purple onion, diced

1 large cucumber, peeled and diced

3 bell peppers, sliced thin (I use one red, orange, and yellow)

1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained

1 c. dried cherries (Costco Kirkland Brand)

1 c. Planters peanuts or cashews


1 whole lime, juiced

1/4 c. soy sauce

3 T. sesame oil

2 T. rice wine vinegar

2 T. creamy peanut butter

1 T. grated ginger

1 T. grated garlic

1/4 c. chili sauce

2 T. brown sugar

Add nuts to individual plates rather than mix in with salad.
